1. Acceptance
By using www.cleaningprosplus.com or engaging Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Cleaning Pros Plus provides commercial kitchen exhaust inspection (KEI), kitchen exhaust cleaning (KEC), fan performance management (FPM), grease filter exchange (GFX), rooftop grease containment (RGC), and related consulting services. Each engagement is governed by the specific scope, pricing, and schedule we provide in writing or via a signed work authorization.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Online estimates are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined after on-site assessment of your system, ductwork complexity, roof access, grease accumulation, and any conditions that affect labor or materials. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
4. Compliance Documentation
We provide cleaning certificates, before/after photo documentation, and NFPA 96 compliance reports for the work we perform. These documents reflect the condition of your system at the time of service. You remain responsible for operating your kitchen and exhaust system in accordance with applicable code and your fire authority's requirements between service intervals.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If your fire inspector identifies an issue with the specific work we performed, we will return and re-perform that work at no additional charge, provided you contact us within 30 days of the original service and the issue is within the original scope.
6. Disclaimers
The website and any free resources (NFPA calculator, PSE checklist, blog content) are provided "as is" for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or engineering advice. Always verify requirements with your authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). We make no warranty that information will be error-free or current with the latest code amendments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our website, free resources, or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Merced County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
