Information you provide directly. When you contact us through our website, request an estimate, download a resource, or call our office, we collect:

Call records. Calls placed to or received from our business number may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and accurate record-keeping using CallRail. By continuing a call after our recording disclosure, you consent to being recorded. California is a two-party-consent state; we will inform you at the start of any recorded call.

4. Who We Share Information With

• Service providers who help us operate the business — including HubSpot (CRM and email), CallRail (call tracking and recording), Google (Analytics and Ads), Vercel (website hosting), and our payment processor
• Our affiliated companies — PulseOps LLC (parent of the HoodOps field-service application we use to deliver service) and EvidLY LLC (our sister company, for compliance-intelligence cross-services where you've opted in)
• Authorities and inspectors — fire marshals, health departments, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), to the extent required to document compliance with NFPA 96 and local code
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

5. Data Retention

We retain service records, compliance certificates, and photo documentation for a minimum of three (3) years to support fire-safety audits, insurance claims, and regulatory inquiries. Contact-form submissions and marketing data are retained until you ask us to delete them or for up to seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
