Do I need an inspection first?
No. The retainer stands on its own — $250 a year with no inspection required. If you’ve already had a Kitchen Exhaust Inspection, the renewal rate is $150 a year.
What counts as a question you’ll answer?
Anything tied to NFPA 96 compliance — a lease clause, a carrier’s documentation request, a fire marshal’s notice, a question about your current cleaning or inspection cadence.
Is there a site visit?
No. Everything is delivered by email and phone. If what you need requires a site visit, that’s a separate Kitchen Exhaust Inspection.
