Official Rules: Fire-5 Tag Verification Drawing

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to owners, operators and managers of commercial kitchens located in California who are 18 or older. Employees of Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC and members of their households are not eligible. One entry per kitchen location.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion starts October 6, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
4. How to Enter
Method 1: Request a free Fire-5 Tag Verification at cleaningprosplus.com/fire-prevention-month/ during the promotion period. Each request received by the deadline is one entry.
Method 2 (free, no booking required): Mail a 3x5 card with your name, business name, kitchen address, phone and email to: Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC, Fire-5 Drawing, 2334 M Street, #2711, Merced, CA 95340. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 7, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per kitchen location. Mail-in entries receive the same chance to win as booked entries.
5. Starbucks Card
Every kitchen that books a Fire-5 Tag Verification by October 31, 2026 receives one $5 Starbucks card, one per kitchen location. Starbucks is not a sponsor of this promotion.
6. Gifts
- Grand Gift, The Chef’s Table. Hood inspection (two systems), one year of compliance software with Concierge Setup, and six months of NFPA 96 Trusted Advisor. $2,673 value. One Grand Gift is awarded.
- Second Gift, The Sous Chef. Hood inspection (one system) and six months of compliance software. $1,274 value. Two Second Gifts are awarded.
- Third Gift, The Prep & Line Check. Hood inspection (one system) and six months of NFPA 96 Trusted Advisor. $875 value. One Third Gift is awarded for every 25 Fire-5 Tag Verifications performed from bookings made during the promotion period, counted as of the drawing date.
Every gift includes an insurance policies review. Hood inspection gifts exclude the travel charge where applicable. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be substituted or transferred.
7. Drawing and Winner Notification
Winners are selected in a random drawing on November 17, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Winners are notified by phone and email within three business days of the drawing and must respond within 14 days, or the gift is awarded to an alternate winner drawn the same way. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Taxes and Conditions
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their gift. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to the decisions of Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC, which are final. Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC may cancel or modify the promotion if it cannot run as planned. California law governs.
